Has anybody used AMERISAVE (amerisave.com) mortgage to buy or refinance their home? They sound sketchy?

I have heard of them and I believe they are after volume not helping the client. I would get with a real estate broker and have them to recommend a good lender. Even the credible lenders are shady. They put people in a negative am loan and now they are defaulting. Country Wide put me in one and I got luck and refinaced with my bank
